The treatment and management of runoff is to be found in the installation and operation of BMPs or stormwater facilities. Stormwater is runoff that occurs from rainfall or snow melt that flows over the ground or impervious surfaces such as asphalt, concrete and rooftops. This stormwater runoff can and does collect debris and pollutants that can negatively affect our environment. In order to help mitigate these negative effects, stormwater structures and devices should be regularly maintained. This is where we come in!
