How WE GOT HERE
Carolina Outdoor Services started the way most good companies do — by doing the work and doing it right.
We spent the first decade of our existence as a full-service commercial landscape company. We learned the land. We learned how properties drain, how slopes erode, how vegetation behaves after a hard rain. We
worked on industrial sites, commercial developments, and HOA properties across the Carolinas.
Then, about 12 years ago, something shifted.
We kept getting called in to fix stormwater problems that never should've gotten as bad as they did. Retention ponds choked with sediment. Slopes that had been quietly eroding for years. Outlet structures nobody had looked at since the property was built. And in almost every case, the same story: "Nobody told us it needed maintenance."
So we made a decision. We stopped trying to do everything and started doing one thing exceptionally well — the maintenance, inspection, and repair of stormwater systems and outdoor spaces for commercial and industrial properties. That focus changed everything.
